Tri-Phase Electric is a licensed electrical contracting company serving residential and commercial customers. We handle panel replacements and repairs, LED lighting, EV charger installations, and electrical work for construction and remodels.
A major part of our work is helping property owners respond to an insurance notice about an aging, outdated, or recalled main panel or sub-panel. We review the requested work, explain the next steps, and coordinate with PG&E, the insurance carrier, and the local city through permitting and final inspection.
Replacing a panel and increasing its capacity are different projects. We help you understand which approach fits your needs and what it means for the scope, approvals, and schedule.

MEET THE OWNER
Mike Bassi
Mike is our owner and main point of contact. He leads the Tri-Phase Electric team in serving homeowners and businesses across the Bay Area.
Electrical work runs in Mike’s family. His father was a lifelong union electrician, and after college Mike followed him into the trade.
Mike began in nonunion shops before entering a union apprenticeship. After qualifying as a journeyman, he worked on large commercial jobs for Cupertino Electric, Rosendin, and Sprig Electric. That experience shaped his approach to planning, workmanship, and the details that matter on a job.
He later brought that experience to his own business, Tri-Phase Electric, serving homeowners and businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Today, the company’s guiding idea remains simple: satisfied customers are the reason for our existence.
