When you request an estimate
The form collects the contact details and project information you choose to provide, including an optional photo or plan. Tri-Phase Electric uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the work, and prepare an estimate.
How requests are delivered
The website is hosted on Vercel. Estimate requests are sent through Resend to our business email inbox. Attachments travel with the email; the website does not create a public download link or a separate customer file database.
Keeping the form usable
The form uses Vercel BotID and server-side checks to help prevent automated abuse. Hosting and email providers process technical information needed to operate their services.
Website analytics
On our live domain, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and how visitors use our pages. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage and technical information, such as pages visited, browser, and device details. Our analytics integration does not send estimate form contents or attachments to Google. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website configuration.
We also measure successful estimate requests by service category and clicks on our phone links. Phone clicks indicate interest in calling, not completed calls. These events do not include your contact details, project description, or uploaded files.

Project gallery and staff accounts
We use Supabase to store project gallery photos and manage authorized staff access. Staff sign-in uses a one-time email code and essential session cookies. Uploaded gallery photos are optimized and have embedded image metadata removed before publication. Customer estimate attachments are separate from the public gallery.
Yelp reviews
Some pages display reviews through Yelp’s embedded widgets. Loading these widgets connects your browser to Yelp, which may process technical and usage information and use cookies under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Links to the original reviews are also available.
Your choices
Please attach only information relevant to your project. You can also call or email us directly. To ask about information you have sent or request its deletion, contact info@tri-phase-electric.com.
