SAN JOSE / ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Electrical work in San Jose.
From an insurance-requested panel replacement to charging at home or at an office, we help San Jose property owners plan the electrical work around their needs. Our services also include remodels, LED lighting, and commercial installations.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
Plan the panel and the project together.
If you have an insurance letter and are considering an EV charger, bring both to the estimate conversation. Replacing a panel at the same amperage and increasing electrical service capacity are different scopes. For office work, include the property manager and explain parking access and business hours so we can discuss the installation around your operation.
Tell us about the property, the work you have in mind, and your preferred timing. We’ll contact you to discuss the next steps for a free estimate.

LOCAL PROJECT PLANNING
Permits and coordination in San Jose.
San Jose publishes separate guidance for electrical projects and EV charging stations. The applicable requirements depend on the property and the work proposed. We coordinate the permit and inspection steps for our electrical scope and clarify any PG&E coordination in the estimate.

Questions before you start.
Where can I check San Jose’s requirements for an EV charger?
The City’s EV charging station guide is the starting point for the permit requirements that apply to your property. Tell us whether the proposed charger serves a home, shared parking, or a business; those details belong in the initial scope review.
What should I send for an insurance-related panel estimate?
Share the insurer’s requested work and deadline, your property location, and photos of the panel exterior and surrounding area. Redact policy numbers and unrelated personal details. Do not remove the panel cover to take a photo. Mention any planned increase in capacity before we prepare the estimate.
